Many centuries ago in the province of Mongolia, the Mighty Khan's hunting parties, among the army, would camp near the banks of the river Khan-Balik. After each hunting trip, they would gather in huge groups and prepare the meals for the entire troops. Using their swords to slice the meat and the shield as cooking top, the Mongols prepared their cuisine pretty much in style. The Kublai Khan and his fiercest warriors would sit high above the hordes, and enjoy the same food prepared for him on a large, piping hot griddle. It is with these ancient traditions in mind that we bring you one of the world's least known but most original eating experiences, Mongolian Grill.

You make your own fresh and tasty stir-fried entree by choosing from over 20 fresh vegetables, noodle, and protein (beef, chicken, seafood, eggs, and sausages). You will then season your bowl with tastes from our 13 signature sauces. To make it simple for you, we do provide a recommendation guide that you can follow through. When you’re done choosing your sauces, hand it to our chef and watch while your meal is cooked on the Mongolian Grill! “Hi Ho” is the name for our “style and taste.”
